Are you looking for a way to give back to your community and make a positive impact on the lives of young athletes? Consider volunteering with us!As a volunteer with the CMSA, you will have the opportunity to work with and support a team of dedicated individuals who are passionate about promoting the sport of softball and helping young athletes reach their full potential. Whether you have experience coaching or are simply looking to get more involved in your community, we welcome your help and support.There are many ways to get involved with the CMSA. Some of the volunteer roles we have available include:

• Coaching: If you have experience playing or coaching softball and are looking to share your knowledge and skills with the next generation, we would love to have you join our coaching team. No experience is necessary, as we offer training and support for all of our coaches.

• Team manager: Team managers play a vital role in helping to coordinate team activities and support the players and coaches. If you are organized, reliable, and have a positive attitude, we would love to have you join our team parent team.

• Concession: Help during events to setup and run during events

• Tournament Scorekeeper: If you are detail-oriented and comfortable using a scorebook, we could use your help keeping track of the action on the field. Scorekeeping is a great way to get involved and stay close to the action, even if you can't commit to a coaching or team parent role.

• CMSA Field maintenance: Helping to maintain the fields and facilities is an important part of keeping our program running smoothly. If you have experience with field maintenance or are simply willing to lend a hand, we welcome your help.

• Executive: CMSA Executive Members are elected yearly at the Annual General Meeting (AGM). We encourage all parents, players, and family members to consider volunteering for a position to help maintain the smooth operation of the association.
